You will manage projects end-to-end, maintain client relationships, and work autonomously. An opportunity for a Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing building surveying team in Birmingham, working across a wide range of commercial and residential instructions.

This is a delivery-focused role with real autonomy, offering exposure to complex projects, strong client contact and the ability to shape your own specialism as you progress.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be delivering a full range of commercial building surveying services, including:

• Contract administration
• Dilapidations
• Building pathology
• General commercial building surveying work in line with a Chartered level role

You’ll manage instructions end-to-end, build relationships with clients and be trusted to run your own workload.
