Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking a skilled Multi-Disciplined Building Services Engineer to perform PPM, reactive maintenance and remedial works across a portfolio of commercial properties in Greater London.

You will diagnose faults, repair and maintain mechanical and electrical plant, HVAC and building services, ensuring safety, compliance and reliable operation for occupants and clients. The role requires proactive, organised approach and strong communication with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-disciplinary building services engineer in commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing systems.
• Competent in planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.
• F-Gas qualification preferred.
• Health and safety compliance awareness.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and remedial works.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and maintain plant and equipment.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update job sheets.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors and meet timescales.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
