Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking a skilled Multi-Disciplined Building Services Engineer to perform PPM, reactive maintenance and remedial works across a portfolio of commercial properties. The role requires a strong multi-skilled background in building services, HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing, with fault diagnosis and repairs as core tasks.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of health and safety regulations, building management systems, and a proactive, reliable approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with building services in commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing systems.
• Competent in planned preventative maintenance and fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete repairs to a high standard.
• Diagnose faults, maintain plant and equipment, and ensure safe operation of building services.
• Prepare maintenance reports, update job sheets, and liaise with clients and subcontractors.
