Job summary

Frasers Group is hiring a Building Services Engineer to lead a multi-skilled team across a large-scale retail warehouse. You will handle a range of electrical, mechanical and building system tasks, performing maintenance, repairs and project work.

The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC and electrical systems, plus the ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with contractors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with mega-scale installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Experience leading multi-trade PPM and reactive maintenance in a warehouse setting.
• Proven ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a large-scale retail warehouse site.
• Install, maintain, and commission HVAC, electrical, lighting and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues on projects and jobs; lead technical work on site.
• Oversee contractor works and ensure compliance and safety.
• Supervise installation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing).
• Perform reactive and planned works across electrical, mechanical and multi-trade scopes.
• Support in small-scale project work and provide day-to-day guidance to the team.
