Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Building Services Engineer to deliver a first-class, multi-skilled maintenance team on a large retail warehouse site. You will work on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, perform planned and reactive tasks, and supervise contractors to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience in MEP maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale warehouse/site maintenance.
• PASMA/IPAF training or equivalent working-at-height safety.
• NVQ3/City & Guilds in MEP or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a large-scale retail warehouse site.
• Install, maintain, and commission mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, lighting, power).
• Lead and supervise technicians, oversee contractor works and compliance.
• Support in small-scale projects and provide troubleshooting and diagnostics.
