Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Building Services Engineer to join our large-scale warehouse operations. You will lead a multi-skilled team, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure the reliability of electrical, mechanical, and building services across sites.

You'll work with engineers on PPMs, support contractors, and drive safe, compliant installations. The role requires experience in MEP, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3/City & Guilds in MEP or equivalent required.
• 5+ years experience in MEP or multi-trade within warehouse/retail settings.
• Up-to-date 18th Edition electrical my knowledge and hands-on fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance on a large-scale retail warehouse site.
• Install, maintain, and commission HVAC, electrical, lighting and plumbing systems to ensure safety and compliance.
• Troubleshoot projects and supervise practical technical works.
• Support with contractor works and oversee contractor compliance.
• Test and diagnose equipment and devices; provide daily technical support to the team.
