• Create tailored quotes and follow up enquiries to convert leads into opportunities.
• Handle day-to-day admin and keep branch operations on track.
• Guide customers in choosing the right products for their projects.
• Keep displays tidy and stocked to improve the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with branch team across yard and counter to get materials right first time.
