Job summary

MRG Global Pty seeks a Senior Building Manager to oversee a small, high-profile commercial building in Mayfair. The role centers on service quality, presentation and client relationships during refurbishment. You will be the on-site representative, overseeing operations, managing contractors and ensuring safety and occupier communication with senior stakeholders.

Experience in Grade A Central London offices and IWFM membership are desirable assets for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or facilities management within a premium commercial property environment.
• Experience managing an occupied building through refurbishment or construction works.
• IWFM membership or similar health and safety qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing hard and soft services, including maintenance, security, reception and cleaning.
• Delivering a responsive, personalised service to the client and occupiers.
• Managing the operational impact of refurbishment works.
• Managing suppliers, service contracts and planned maintenance with understanding of M&E systems.
• Preparing and monitoring service charge budgets, reporting on expenditure and reconciliation.
• Maintaining health and safety, statutory compliance, risk management and emergency arrangements.
• Ensuring high standards of building presentation and occupier communication.
