Job summary

IWFM is seeking an ambitious Assistant Building Manager for a flagship commercial building in Central London. You will work closely with the Building Manager to ensure top-tier service delivery and maintain building standards.

The role involves liaising with occupiers and contractors, monitoring performance, and supporting health and safety compliance, including RAMS and statutory obligations. Relevant IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Assistant Building Manager, Facilities Coordinator or similar role within commercial property.
• Solid understanding of building services and health & safety compliance.
• Experience with RAMS, risk assessments and statutory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the building.
• Liaise with occupiers and contractors.
• Monitor service performance across hard and soft facilities management.
• Assist with health and safety compliance including RAMS and risk assessments.
• Support service charge administration, budget tracking and reporting.
