• Registered with the Building Safety Regulator at a minimum of Class 2 A-F and able to carry out restricted activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a range of building control applications and advise on fulfilment of control functions.
• Check plans for approval and carry out site inspections to assess building work.
• Investigate and review unauthorised building works.
• Promote Buckinghamshire Council's building control services.
• Liaise with building control peers and other council services on building control matters.
