Job summary

North Lincolnshire Council is seeking an experienced Lead Officer – Building Control Management to lead the Building Control service through a period of change and opportunity. You will influence building safety, service quality and confidence in development across North Lincolnshire, leading a professional team to meet statutory responsibilities and Building Safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Management qualification or significant management experience.
• Registration with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2 (A-F) Registered Building Inspector, or above.
• Full membership of MRICS, MCABE or MCIOB.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
