Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council Building Control is seeking a Senior Registered Building Inspector (minimum Class 2C) to lead high-quality inspection work across the borough and beyond, delivering safe, compliant development. You will join a committed team, ensure professional development, maintain client service standards, and oversee duties at a technical level with support for progression.

• Degree in building studies or related construction subject.
• Chartered membership with RICS, CABE or CIOB.
• Current full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Class 2C registration (minimum) with competency assessment.
• Experience in a Building Control office at a similar technical level.
