Job summary

NEP Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our Bracknell team. You will coordinate maintenance, manage fault tracking, and work with engineers and suppliers to keep OB trucks, flypacks and production systems in peak condition.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive problem-solving in a live broadcast environment. You will help plan ahead for equipment returns, manage parts, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Experience in technical maintenance, engineering, broadcast or similar operational environments.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Experience coordinating repairs and logistics with external partners.
• Familiarity with purchasing/ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Book equipment into maintenance and capture fault/asset data accurately.
• Track repairs through to completion and document outcomes.
• Coordinate return of repaired equipment to operations.
• Maintain accurate asset information and maintenance histories.
• Support planning of upcoming maintenance and preventative tasks.
• Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers and repair partners to move work forward.
