Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a commercially minded, senior Endemic Partnership Leader to drive strategic and commercial development of endemic partnerships, including global F+B collaborations. Based in Farringdon, London, with UK travel as needed, this permanent, full-time leadership role reports to the VP.

You will lead senior client relationships, shape multi-year partnership plans and guide renewal and growth initiatives, working cross-functionally to deliver ambitious, measurable programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior account management, brand partnerships, sponsorship, media, sport, entertainment, culture or a leading agency environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-value client relationships and partnership programmes.
• Demonstrated commercial experience including growth opportunities and renewal discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and commercial development of endemic partnerships for Live Nation.
• Shape multi-year partnership plans and growth strategies with senior client teams.
• Develop and uplift the capability of the partnership delivery teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to create integrated, measurable partnership plans.
