Qualifications

• Significant design experience in a brand-focused creative agency or similar environment.
• A strong strategic and creative point of view, turning bold ideas into distinctive, high-quality design.
• Excellent conceptual skills and a track record of developing innovative brand-led work.
• A sophisticated understanding of visual identity and bringing brand elements to life across deliverables.
• Confidence presenting design strategies and storytelling to clients, stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead design direction across multiple projects, from concept through production.
• Develop innovative ideas across digital, print and experiential channels grounded in audience insight and the client brief.
• Partner with clients, production teams, Client Services and other leads to deliver high-quality work on time and to financial targets.
• Act as creative lead on client projects and pitches when required, building strong client relationships.
• Champion design excellence by sharing a clear point of view and elevating team output.
• Hire, onboard, mentor and inspire talent, fostering a positive, empowering culture.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the team, improve capabilities and support future growth.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain design consistency and solve complex challenges.
