Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a fast-growing contemporary fashion brand to lead the PR, influencer marketing and talent partnerships. You will shape storytelling, secure standout media coverage and build high-impact creator collaborations.

This hands-on role demands strong relationships across fashion, culture and media to drive brand growth. You will manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, oversee gifting programs and work with senior leadership to deliver an integrated brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PR, influencer marketing, talent partnerships or brand marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong network of creators, talent, media, stylists and industry contacts.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive brand awareness and revenue using influencer and PR activity.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals.
• Build relationships with creators, talent, agencies and tastemakers across fashion, lifestyle and culture.
• Identify and secure paid partnerships, ambassador opportunities and VIP collaborations.
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution and reporting.
• Develop gifting and seeding programs to build authentic creator relationships.
• Collaborate with Head of Brand Marketing to enhance PR strategy and increase brand desirability.
• Oversee day-to-day relationship with external PR team and align with brand priorities.
• Foster relationships with journalists, editors, stylists and industry contacts.
• Identify opportunities for editorial coverage, features and brand storytelling.
• Support planning and delivery of PR, influencer and community events.
• Manage the PR & Influencer Assistant.
