Job description

The Senior Brand Executive will play a critical role in developing and executing Keyfix’s marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. This position requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in B2B marketing, a solid understanding of the construction industry, and expertise in managing integrated marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be a key player within our core team.

Location: Cookstown

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am-5.00pm and Friday 8.45am-3.30pm ¦ On site

Occasional travel within NI, GB & ROI will be expected to help support and facilitate customer related events.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Develop and implement the annual brand plan and budgets for Keyfix.
  2. Monitor competitor activity, analyse market trends, interrogate internal sales information and conduct specific market research to inform marketing plans.
  3. Plan, develop and coordinate the implementation of fully integrated marketing campaigns to timescale and within specified budget, including:
    1. Creative Development - conceptual idea generation of visual and messaging through to final implementation;
    2. Video and CGI - agreeing brief, developing storyboard and script, overseeing production and editing;
    3. Technical and Promotional Literature - agreeing brief, organising copy both writing it and sourcing, organising photography, overseeing design, production and distribution;
    4. Advertising campaigns - agreeing message, organising and approving design, agreeing placement;
    5. Direct Mail - database management, production of mailing materials, organising fulfilment;
    6. PR - agreeing campaigns, organising copy, liaising with PR consultant;
    7. Events - organising event and exhibition attendance and displays;
    8. Point of Sale - agreeing format and message, organising and approving design, production and distribution;
    9. Social Media - agreeing and setting up appropriate social channels, agreeing and organising messaging/content;
    10. PPC Campaigns - agree and plan PPC campaigns through the Google network (Google Adword, Google Display and Remarketing);
    11. Email marketing - plan and co-ordinate e-alert activity.
    12. Plan and implement effective product launch strategies.
    13. Plan and co-ordinate ongoing development of brand websites.
    14. Continue to identify project specific case studies and build the photography and video portfolio.
    15. Provide day to day marketing support for sales teams, agents, distributors and customers.
    16. Responsible for the effective use of CRM to enhance customer and consumer communications.
    17. Manage and coordinate the apprenticeship support programme with customers.
    18. Effectively manage the work of external agencies and suppliers – creative, PR, digital – to ensure timely delivery of projects to budget, deadline and standards required.
    19. Evaluate completed marketing activity to assess commercial impact (business benefit vs budget).
    20. Ensure the effective communication of planned marketing activity.
    21. Complete any other task as is reasonably requested.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Significant experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sector.
  3. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  4. Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing and social media.
  5. Passionate and hard-working with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
