LUXURY BRAND MARKETING MANAGER
WEST COUNTRY – REMOTE
UP TO £45,000 + FANTASTIC BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re exclusively working with a recognised luxury brand that is about to embark on an incredible journey to exponentially grow their marketing function. As part of their strategy, they’re now seeking an experienced Luxury Brand Marketing Manager to join the team to play a key role in taking the business to the next level. As a Luxury Brand Marketing Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be given autonomy to deliver on the Brand objectives, while also working with a team of marketeers and external agencies to help you meet your strategic objectives. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Luxury Brand Marketing Manager to join this fast-growing business and play a key role in their future success.

THE BRAND MARKETING MANAGER ROLE

  1. Working closely with the Marketing Director and wider marketing team
  2. Responsible for driving the Marketing Strategy development in consultation with the Head of Marketing
  3. Development of Brand identity toolkit and ensuring brand continuity throughout the business
  4. Develop and deploy annual Marketing plans for all brands
  5. Conduct Brand analysis, diagnostic, identifying weaknesses and opportunities
  6. Compelling, distinctive creative campaign development
  7. Design & packaging development across the portfolio
  8. Media planning across all consumer touchpoints
  9. Work with Digital lead to develop & monitor successful social media programme
  10. Manage Consumer PR strategy and key messaging
  11. Pricing analysis, strategy and deployment
  12. Develop key consumer influencer and ambassador relationships
  13. Assist Product Development Manager in developing forward innovation funnel
  14. Strong project management of marketing activity
  15. Championing the brand internally and externally
  16. Strong cross functional working, pivot for all brand activities
  17. Identifying key insights from competitor, consumer, category analysis
  18. Ongoing budget planning and spend control
  19. Key point of contact for all supporting agencies and partners

THE PERSON

  1. Current experience within a Luxury Brand Marketing Manager position or similar is essential
  2. Experience of working with developing product-based brands
  3. Experience of developing marketing plans, media planning and budget planning
  4. Able to lead on photoshoots
