Job summary

Exclaimer is seeking an in-house design lead for its marketing team to set and uphold the brand’s visual standard across campaigns, web, events, and paid media. You’ll work closely with Brand, Content, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing to ensure consistency and quality.

The role focuses on building scalable design systems, leveraging AI tools, and delivering assets that convert while maintaining brand voice. A strong portfolio and 5+ years in B2B SaaS are expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design.
• Portfolio showing consistent brand execution across web, ads, social, and sales content.
• Expert Figma skills with components, variants, Auto Layout, and variables.
• Experience maintaining a brand system, templates, and guidelines for others.
• Proven experience designing conversion-focused ads across LinkedIn, Meta, and display.
• UX knowledge for landing page and website layouts.
• Confident, active use of AI design tools with a judicious approach.
• Strong project management skills and an excellent eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the Exclaimer visual identity, keeping the brand system, templates, and guidelines current.
• Review creative from team, freelancers, agencies, and AI tools and give constructive feedback to meet brand standards.
• Decide which requests you design yourself vs. outsource, based on audience, visibility, and shelf life.
• Build reusable, well-documented templates in Figma/Canva for team use and AI workflows.
• Brief and review work from external design partners and streamline handovers.
