Job summary

Wearefounders is seeking a highly craft-focused Brand Designer to own and evolve the brand across marketing, web, sales and content. You will partner closely with Marketing to create high-quality work that communicates complex ideas simply and compellingly.

This hands-on role offers significant ownership over visual direction, scalable templates, and workflows to speed up the company. Remote with London office collaboration, 3 days/week contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of brand/marketing/visual design for a tech company or agency.
• Strong portfolio with branding, editorial, web, and marketing work.
• Able to design polished marketing websites and landing pages; collaborating with developers is a plus.
• Excellent typography, layout, colour, and illustration sensibilities.
• Comfortable designing information-heavy reports and communicating data visually.
• Experience designing presentations, sales materials and campaign assets.
• Independent worker with strong ownership and prioritization.
• Enjoys building design systems, templates and scalable workflows.
• Able to use AI tools to improve design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of brand across all marketing channels.
• Partner with Marketing as their design partner.
• Design campaigns, landing pages, social assets, paid ads, emails, and product marketing materials.
• Lead the design of the annual Compensation Report as a premium PDF and a web experience.
• Create and evolve website visuals, illustrations and marketing pages.
• Improve data visualisation with clear, engaging charts aligned to brand.
• Update presentations and sales collateral as new products launch.
• Build reusable Figma libraries, templates and AI-assisted workflows.
• Maintain visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
