Job summary

Exclaimer is seeking an experienced in-house design lead to set the standard for our brand across campaigns, web, events and paid ads. You’ll shape visuals with the brand team, decide what to design in-house or via templates or AI, and ensure every asset is on-brand.

This hands-on role covers design systems, AI-enabled workflows, and collaboration with demand generation, product marketing and web teams to move faster while preserving quality.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design.
• Portfolio showing consistent brand execution across web, ads, social, and sales content.
• Expert Figma skills, including components, variants, Auto Layout, and variables.
• Experience maintaining a brand system, templates, and guidelines for others to use.
• Proven experience designing conversion-focused ads, with knowledge of specs across LinkedIn, Meta, and display.
• UX knowledge for landing page and website layouts.
• Ability to use AI design tools and maintain brand quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the Exclaimer visual identity, keeping the brand system current and easy to use.
• Review creative from teams, freelancers, agencies, and AI tools, and give clear feedback to meet standards.
• Decide which requests you design in-house vs. agencies or templates or AI-built.
• Build reusable templates in Figma and Canva that colleagues can edit or use with AI tools.
• Design full campaign asset sets for social, web, email, and landing pages with consistent branding.
• Design landing pages and core website pages with UX best practices and clear handoffs to developers.
