Conduct AI in London seeks a Lead Brand Designer to shape the visual expression of Conduct’s brand across audiences and channels, elevating the recent rebrand and expanding design systems. You will lead work from website to conferences, billboards, social media, and testimonials as part of the marketing and comms team.

• Experience building brand identity and design systems.
• Experience leading integrated design across digital, motion, print, and events.
• Comfort designing hands-on at speed in a fast-growing startup with high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Elevate and expand our visual identity across formats: website, events, ads, social, and testimonials.
• Partner with founders, marketing, and engineers on go-to-market creative; translate complex tech into clear visuals.
• Build scalable systems for product storytelling in imagery and motion.
• Design hands-on at website, social, billboards, booths, and conferences.
• Lead creative direction of photo, video, and 3D production including testimonials.
• Brief and direct agencies, printers, and freelancers for extra capacity.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, employer branding, and partnerships teams.
• Identify creative opportunities with go-to-market team and contribute ideas proactively.
• Work with product designer to ensure brand and product feel like one company.
• Keep brand cutting edge with AI-assisted creative workflows.
