Job summary

PolyAI Ltd. is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to own the company’s visual identity and build AI-native design systems that scale across campaigns, web assets, sales materials, events and video.

You’ll transform recurring work into templates and AI-assisted workflows, enabling fast, on-brand output with maintained craft. You will work closely with the Creative Director and marketing teams in a hands-on role with broad scope, including launching videos, building component libraries, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of brand design experience in AI/SaaS or fast-growing tech companies.
• Portfolio showing a scalable brand system across channels.
• Hands-on with AI tools in creative workflows and risk awareness of their limits.
• Design systems experience with tokens, components and libraries in Figma.
• Ability to automate work with AI tools and light scripting.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage PolyAI's brand identity across campaigns, web assets, sales materials and video.
• Build and maintain a living brand design system with tokens, libraries and templates.
• Create end-to-end campaign assets and direct video production from storyboard to final edit.
• Collaborate with design, motion, engineering and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Explain design decisions with clear links to business goals.
