Job summary

Lovable is hiring a Design Engineer to build front-end surfaces and AI-generation systems that scale brand and creative output without losing taste. You’ll connect image/video generation APIs with internal tooling and the marketing stack, and build internal apps to empower the brand team.

You’ll own reliability and versioning, and work closely with a Brand Designer to ensure outputs stay on-brand. In this role you’ll continuously evaluate new models and tooling, and be ready to rebuild pipelines

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping real software.
• Interest in AI generation systems and practical experience with APIs.
• Experience turning explorations into production systems.
• Some design sensibility and ability to judge off-brand output.
• Comfort building in uncertain environments without a playbook.

Responsibilities

• Build front-end surfaces and AI-generation pipelines to scale brand output.
• Create internal apps to empower the brand team, possibly on Lovable itself.
• Own reliability and versioning of the AI-generation system.
• Collaborate with Brand Designer to scale taste and direction.
• Evaluate models and tooling, rebuild pipelines as the landscape evolves.
