• Portfolio showcasing concept development and crafted design across digital and print.
• Ability to create coherent campaign executions from concepts to multichannel rollouts.
• Experience adapting design for social and performance environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design across brand, campaign, social, print and editorial channels.
• Develop clear, insight-led creative directions with team leads and copywriters.
• Interpret brand guidelines and suggest improvements for consistency.
• Produce scalable assets: layouts, templates and visual systems for the group.
• Create social-first video content for YouTube and Meta.
• Collaborate with Product Designers to translate brand into digital journeys.
• Present work with rationale and impact of design decisions.
• Provide feedback to freelancers to align with brand expectations.
• Improve design delivery through structure, templating and processes.
• Contribute to Carwow’s Creative Community across teams.
• Explore AI solutions in workflow without compromising execution.
