Job summary

Refybeauty in Manchester seeks a proactive Senior Graphic Designer for a maternity cover. You will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and delivering branding and marketing visuals across digital and print channels.

You will manage brand guidelines, support campaigns, and collaborate with the design team to produce print-ready artwork for packaging, POS, and online assets. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer for beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Strong branding and concept development skills.
• Excellent typography, colour theory and print production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative work with strong conceptual and strategic thinking across print and digital briefs.
• Create visually compelling designs for brand and product marketing collateral, including packaging and POS.
• Maintain branding consistency across channels by upholding REFY's guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visuals for campaigns.
• Lead multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
• Mentor junior designers and share knowledge with the team.
