Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in London is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to shape how PlayStation’s digital products and services are positioned, understood and experienced by players worldwide.

You’ll work with designers, copywriters and creative specialists to translate strategy into distinctive visual territories, build compelling proposals and present ideas to stakeholders, raising creative standards across the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in creative design, brand design, digital art direction or a related multidisciplinary creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual creative craft alongside strategic thinking, including brand positioning, customer propositions and creative direction.
• Experience using customer insight and research to shape creative strategy and translate positioning into visual identities, creative territories or design systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business challenge and connect marketing objectives with customer behaviour to find stronger creative opportunities.
• Shape positioning and propositions using customer insights and performance data.
• Develop creative and visual direction translating strategy into distinctive visual territories and design principles.
• Create connected digital experiences across Store, Website, CRM, social and other digital touchpoints.
• Build high-quality, visually compelling presentations that communicate recommendations and inspire stakeholders.
