Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to shape PlayStation's digital products and services with strong brand strategy and customer insight. You will translate complex offerings into clear, compelling propositions and lead creative direction across digital touchpoints.

Working with designers, copywriters and specialists, you’ll build visual territories, present proposals and raise creative standards while aligning with brand positioning and audience needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative design or related multidisciplinary role.
• Strong portfolio showing brand positioning and creative direction.
• Experience using customer insights to shape strategy.
• Experience designing for digital products and consumer platforms.
• Excellent storytelling and client/presenter confidence.
• Collaborative with designers, writers and stakeholders.
• Curiosity about entertainment, tech and culture.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate briefs and identify underlying business and user problems.
• Define brand positioning, messaging hierarchies and propositions.
• Translate strategy into distinctive visual territories and design systems.
• Create digital experiences across Store, websites and CRM touchpoints.
• Build and present high-quality creative proposals to stakeholders.
