Role Purpose

BoyleSports is building a challenger brand; fast, bold, and ready to stand out in the betting and gaming world. We seek an energetic, creative, and commercially-minded Senior Brand & Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts.

This role is key in shaping and executing our brand, media, creative, and partnerships strategy across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Director of Brand, you will be a vital part of our senior marketing team, managing a Media Manager and Senior Copywriter, collaborating with various departments.

You will drive brand growth, increase visibility, and help BoyleSports stand out in a competitive market, creating impact across all customer touchpoints, from retail to digital.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and implement long-term challenger brand strategies to compete effectively.
  2. Partner with creative and media agencies to develop impactful campaigns for Sports and Casino.
  3. Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent identity across channels.
  4. Identify and build meaningful brand collaborations.
  5. Develop insight-led advertising strategies balancing brand building and performance.
  6. Create and implement customer personas with targeted marketing communications.
  7. Collaborate across teams to bring the brand to life in all touchpoints.
  8. Develop creative content that resonates and engages.
  9. Lead integrated marketing campaigns ensuring brand consistency.
  10. Manage the brand marketing budget effectively.
  11. Maintain and grow agency relationships.
  12. Champion the BoyleSports brand internally.
  13. Coordinate with Sponsorship, Performance, Affiliates, and CRM teams.
  14. Support ongoing brand strategy evolution.
  15. Ensure brand presence across all customer experiences, including app and retail.
  16. Own the tone of voice and creative direction.
  17. Monitor and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.
  18. Partner with BI to understand customer insights and refine strategies.
  19. Define success metrics aligned with brand and business goals.
  20. Inspire and develop your team.
  21. Ensure compliance with Safer Gambling guidelines and industry legislation.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 10+ years in dynamic marketing environments.
  • Proven success in building challenger brands and executing impactful campaigns.
  • Experience in developing and activating brand partnerships.
  • Creative thinker with strategic insight.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with reporting experience.
  • Knowledge of gambling regulations and Safer Gambling principles.
  • Passion for sport and gaming.
