SIXT is looking for a Branch Manager to lead a team, manage the fleet, and drive branch performance in the UK. You will oversee budgets, sales targets and market share across multiple locations while developing staff and ensuring top-tier customer service.

You will recruit, coach, and manage frontline teams, maintain fleet operations and safety standards, and collaborate with regional leaders to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of branch management experience, with 2–4 years in sales and customer service.
• Service-minded approach with direct customer interaction.
• Proven ability to develop and up-skill team members.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents and Fleet Service Agents via regular reviews.
• Recruit new team members with Talent team support and coach other managers in recruitment.
• Manage vehicle fleet and operations (H&S, CI, defleets) and delegate tasks for efficient workflows.
• Uphold premium customer service, handle complaints and work with regional managers to optimize processes.

Do you want to take on responsibility and fulfil customer wishes? As a Branch Manager (m/f/d) at SIXT, you’ll lead your team, manage the fleet, and ensure top-notch quality. Use your sales experience and leadership skills to drive your branch to success.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, as well as increasing revenue and profitability
• You lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings
• You recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment process
• You are responsible for the vehicle fleet, operational tasks (e.g., health and safety, corporate CI, defleets), and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows
• You ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes

YOUR SKILLS MATTER
