SIXT is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations across multiple branches, drive revenue, and maintain premium customer service. You will manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, and oversee fleet and safety tasks while collaborating with regional leadership.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in branch management with strong sales and customer service experience, excellent leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee budgets, sales and market penetration across multiple branches, increasing revenue and profitability.
• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings.
• Recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment process.
• Manage the vehicle fleet and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows (health and safety, CI, defleets).

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
