Stannah Group in London is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Orpington infrastructure service branch. You will oversee maintenance, repair and 24-hour callout services for lifts, escalators and related equipment, ensuring safety and customer excellence.

The role demands strong leadership, a focus on safety culture, and the ability to drive performance across a skilled team in a nationally recognised engineering business.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 in Management (or equivalent qualification).
• Experience managing lift and/or escalator service operations.
• Proven leadership experience, including leading managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to safety, customer service and delivering on promises in line with Stannah's values.

• Lead the branch to deliver safe, high-quality service and maintenance for lifts, escalators and lifting equipment.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are always met and promoted across all branch activities.
