SIXT Bristol City Centre is seeking a Senior Branch Manager to lead the team, manage the fleet, and drive service quality at a busy city-centre location.

You will drive budgets and growth across branches, recruit and develop staff, oversee operations, and ensure premium customer service while benefiting from a company car, bonuses, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, increasing revenue and profitability.
• Lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular reviews.
• Recruit new staff with Talent team and coach managers in recruitment.
• Responsible for vehicle fleet and operational tasks (H&S, CI, defleets) and delegate tasks for efficient workflows.
• Ensure premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes.

Senior Branch Manager - Bristol City Centre

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches, as well as increasing revenue and profitability
• You lead and develop Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents through regular performance reviews and meetings
• You recruit new team members in collaboration with the Talent team and coach other managers in the recruitment process
• You are responsible for the vehicle fleet, operational tasks (e.g., health and safety, corporate CI, defleets), and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflows
• You ensure a premium customer service culture, handle complaints, and work with regional managers to optimize processes
