Job summary

Nurseplus UK is seeking a Senior Branch Manager in Bristol to lead a high-performing recruitment and sales team. You’ll drive branch growth, win new business, and nurture key client relationships in the healthcare sector.

You’ll oversee the full recruitment process across branches, coach consultants to hit targets, and create a positive, autonomous culture with clear progression opportunities in a national brand.

Qualifications

• A proven background in recruitment and/or sales.
• Experience developing new business and winning clients.
• Strong track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
• Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into management.

What you’ll be doing

Growing the branches

• Winning new business through proactive outreach, networking, and client meetings
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships across the healthcare sector
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand the branch's presence in the market
• Leading from the front and setting the standard for business development activity

Driving recruitment performance

• Overseeing the full recruitment process across the branches
• Supporting consultants to maximise performance and achieve their goals
• Ensuring a strong pipeline of quality candidates to meet client demand

Leading your team

• Managing, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
• Creating a positive, target-driven culture
• Coaching consultants to improve both sales and recruitment results

What we’re looking for

• A proven background in recruitment and/or sales
