Job Description
The role involves providing critical support to our authors. The successful candidate will work directly with authors, editorial teams, and our Shared Service Centre, ensuring seamless support from contract setup through to royalty payments. Experience with royalties, a financial background, and accuracy and independence are essential.
Qualifications
The ideal applicant will have previous experience with royalty processes or a background in accounting or finance, demonstrating attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle complex queries. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are required. Experience working in an agile environment, managing multiple tasks, and handling difficult situations is also important. In-house training will be provided, and you will be expected to become a super user of our systems.
