Job Description

The role is to provide critical support to our authors. The successful individual will work directly with authors, editorial teams, and our Shared Service Centre, ensuring seamless support from contract setup to royalty payments. Experience with royalties and a financial background are essential, along with accuracy and independence in work.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with royalty processes or have worked in an accounting or financial role demonstrating attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle complex queries. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are required. Experience working in an agile environment, managing multiple tasks, and navigating difficult situations is also desirable. Training on our systems will be provided, and you will be expected to become a super user.
