Job Description

The role is to provide a critical service to our authors. The successful individual will work directly with authors, editorial teams, and our Shared Service Centre, ensuring seamless support from contract setup to royalty payments. Royalties experience and a financial background are essential, along with accuracy and independence in work.

Qualifications
  • Experience with royalty processes or a background in accounting/finance demonstrating attention to detail and ability to handle complex queries.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in an agile environment, managing multiple tasks, and handling difficult situations.
  • In-house training will be provided; candidates should be willing to become system super users.
