Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee a large automotive accident repair centre in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will drive profitable operations, lead a sizable team, ensure quality control and safety standards, and report to the Area Manager. Qualifications

• Recent or current experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar role.

• UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the bodyshop to maximise efficiency and profitability.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee a large automotive accident repair centre in Cardiff.

The successful Bodyshop Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, profitable operation of the bodyshop, reporting directly to the Area Manager.

• Competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum, dependent on management experience
• Performance-related bonus scheme with an OTE of £86,400 - 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
