Gordonstoun is seeking an outstanding Housemaster to lead a senior boys’ boarding house and play a central role in the school’s pastoral life. The successful candidate will provide exceptional pastoral care, guide personal development, and lead a dedicated house team while building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

This role calls for a proven boarding or pastoral leader who embraces Gordonstoun’s values and motto, and who is enthusiastic about contributing to boarding

• Lead a senior boys’ boarding house and oversee daily operations
• Provide exceptional pastoral care and support personal development
• Lead and develop the house team and ensure safety and wellbeing of pupils
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues and external partners
• Contribute to teaching within your subject specialism and participate in school activities
