Job summary

Gordonstoun, situated on the Moray Coast in the north of Scotland, seeks an outstanding Housemaster to lead one of our senior boys' boarding houses and play a central role in the pastoral life of the School.

The successful candidate will create a safe, supportive house community, lead a dedicated house team, foster wellbeing and safeguarding, and collaborate with pupils, parents and staff. Applications close 3 November 2026 for an August 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Experience leading boarding/pastoral teams.
• Ability to foster inclusive, safe house communities.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
