Job summary
BMSI in the West Home Counties is seeking a Senior BMS Support Engineer to join the Midlands Support Team. You will maintain and upgrade BMS installations across varied sites, ensuring reliability and performance.
This role requires strong BMS experience, fault finding, and a methodical approach. You will work with Trend, Distech, and other systems, provide technical support, and build lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Must have proven experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Previous experience in a BMS Support, Service or Commissioning Engineer role.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on customer BMS installations.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults across a range of building control systems.
- Responding to reactive service calls and system failures.
- Delivering upgrade projects, from controller replacements through to full BMS system modernisation works.
- Providing technical support and advice to customers.
- Producing accurate service reports and maintaining clear documentation.
- Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a trusted technical expert.
