Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in Building Controls or Building Management Systems (BMS) sectors, independent site work.
- Ability to diagnose faults across BMS platforms and provide clear technical guidance.
- Ability to produce accurate service reports and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on BMS installations
- Diagnosing and resolving faults across a variety of BMS platforms
- Undertaking repairs, upgrades and remedial works
- Responding to reactive service calls and technical issues
- Producing accurate service reports and technical documentation
- Providing customers with technical support and recommendations
- Ensuring systems operate efficiently and in line with customer requirements
- Participating in an out-of-hours support rota when required
