Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Block / Facilities Manager in Manchester to lead operational management, safety, and maintenance across residential blocks. You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and resident communications while working with contractors and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained homes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in block/ facilities management or residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of UK property compliance, building safety, and health & safety legislation.
• Experience managing statutory compliance programmes and complex remedial workstreams.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers and maintenance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliance across the portfolio, with timely certification reviews.
• Oversee reactive, planned and preventative maintenance and contractor performance.
• Manage budgets, approvals and expenditure within authority levels.
• Provide resident communications and a seamless tenant experience.
• Lead continuous improvement and ensure high safety and quality standards.
