Job summary

Locala Health and Wellbeing invites applications for a Band 6 CNN Senior Bladder and Bowel Care Nurse in Huddersfield. This permanent, full-time role is 37.5 hours per week. The post delivers specialist bladder and bowel care across North and South Kirklees, combining clinic-based sessions with home visits to support continence health and patient quality of life.

Hours are predominantly 8am–5pm. You will be a Registered Nurse with community nursing experience, providing leadership, mentoring

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment, treatment and management for patients with bladder and bowel care needs
• Deliver care through a combination of clinic appointments and domiciliary visits across North and South Kirklees
• Develop and review individualised care plans to promote independence, dignity and quality of life
• Support the assessment and management of catheter care and complex continence needs
• Support service development initiatives and contribute to quality improvement projects
