Amgen is seeking a BioStatistics Manager - HTA to generate robust evidence for Health Technology Assessments. You will work with the Design & Innovation group within CfDA, leading statistical analyses and contributing to evidence generation projects.

You will collaborate across teams, stay current with HTA policies, and support training and toolkit development while shaping methodological approaches in a global biotech setting.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to PhD level in Statistics/Biostatistics.
• Statistical experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical research.
• Knowledge of R and other statistical software (e.g., SAS).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams while autonomously managing tasks and projects.
• Preferably, experience of HTA evidence generation projects, from strategy planning through to analysis, reporting and submission.

Aufgaben

• Generate evidence to meet Health Technology Assessment (HTA) requirements.
• Represent CfDA at multi-disciplinary teams advocating for robust statistical strategies.
• Contribute to evidence generation including SLRs, ESFAs, analysis methodology, and technical report production.
• Complete statistical analysis of evidence generation projects.
• Support methodology research, toolkit development, and training material rollout.
• Stay up to date with HTA policies and statistical advances.
