Job summary

Lumanity is seeking a seasoned Statistician with a HEOR/HTA background to join our global team. You will lead statistical input, develop SAPs, and deliver analyses for models that inform payer decisions and reimbursement submissions.

This senior role emphasizes collaboration across teams, mentoring, and external-facing communications. A flexible work setting and potential remote work are available.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification (MSc, PhD) in statistical/mathematical topic.
• Multiple years of professional HEOR/HTA statistics experience.
• Experience with Bayesian methods (MCMC/HMC) using JAGS, OpenBUGS or Stan.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical input and provide expert guidance on projects.
• Develop statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for HEOR/HTA.
• Perform and report statistical analyses for standalone research or economic models.
• Provide statistical input into reimbursement submissions to health technology agencies.
• Collaborate with HEOR consultants, statisticians, and clients; communicate complex methods clearly.
• Mentor and train junior staff and contribute to method development.
