Job summary

PureLab-UK in Central London, part of Circle Health Group, has an opening for a Senior Biomedical Scientist - Training Lead in Blood Sciences. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern and an annual salary up to £58,133 depending on experience, training and qualifications.

The successful HCPC-registered candidate will lead training, oversee training programmes and CPD, and help drive service excellence across the department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and strong leadership skills required.
• Experience in Histology and ISO 15189/UKAS knowledge beneficial.
• Proven ability to lead training programmes and CPD activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, analyse and report patient specimens using appropriate techniques.
• Undertake routine and complex investigations as trained.
• Manage induction, training and competency of staff.
• Support lab turnaround times and service standards.
