You'll work across C/C++, Python, and data pipelines, integrating databases (MySQL) and CI/CD practices to ship production-grade tools.
Qualifications
- Experience working with bioinformatics or omics data.
- Experience building production-ready software.
- Knowledge of databases, ideally MySQL.
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows.
- Understanding of CI/CD, automation and data pipelines.
