Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics or related field.
• Experience with Python or R, ideally both.
• Experience with NGS and clinical genomic products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithm specifications and analytical approaches for NIPT product development.
• Collaborate with assay development, regulatory, and bioinformatics teams to design, execute, and analyze experiments.
• Conduct validation and verification activities for IVP/IVD clinical genomic products.
• Contribute to cross-functional R&D initiatives focused on assay and algorithm innovation.
• Communicate project objectives, progress and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across functions.
• Document, present, and maintain bioinformatics workflows per quality standards.
• Apply statistical and computational methods to solve complex challenges.
• Support additional programs and strategic projects as needed.
• Utilize Python and R to develop and improve bioinformatics workflows.
• Partner with global colleagues while upholding accountability and scientific excellence.
