Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in CS, Engineering, Statistics, or Bioinformatics.
• Experience developing computational methods for complex biological data.
• Expertise in genomic data analysis, sequencing, and applications like cancer genomics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement computational and statistical algorithms for sequencing data.
• Develop and optimize high-performance production software in C/C++.
• Analyze and interpret complex genomic datasets to support product development.
• Collaborate with software, FPGA, QA, and clinical genomics teams.
• Support DRAGEN platform development across germline, somatic, RNA, CNV and targeted sequencing.
• Communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prepare documentation, publications, and presentations.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve scalability and accuracy.
